Yuri murders in the time loop: let's talk about The Chrono Jotter
With gorgeous, haunting art and an atmosphere that draws you in, Chrono Jotter is a wonderful little gem of a VN.
The story follows Ran Ibuki, an odd girl whose search for her missing girlfriend leads her to a mysterious school completely cut-off from the outside world, where a group of girls regularly carries out a death game, and it’s up to Ran to unravel their secrets.
The gameplay is very fun. Going back in time through the recalls, doing the investigations, managing the stat points—I just wish the game was longer so these mechanics could really shine. Just a few more murders, pretty please…

Just what is this school, and who are these girls? The more you read your little red journal, the more questions crop up. There's something not quite right in this world. But even though there's a lot of suffering, there's also a lot of love. It ended up being unexpectedly heartwarming, and I’m excited to see more from the developers!
