The Scum Villain’s Self-Saving System

Whenever I read a really bad webnovel before bed, I usually joke that I'm scared I'll die in my sleep and wake up as some random villain character whose name I never bothered to remember. It naturally follows that this series would sit just right with me.

I wish I had more to say about it other than the fact that it's funny, but what can I say. It's really fucking funny. I was literally rolling on my bed laughing. Compared to MXTX’s other works I found it a bit weak story-wise, but it's by no means bad.

It's quite a ridiculous series most of the time, but it does have its fair share of heartfelt moments. There's a lot of very good characters in the cast, and I found the romance much cuter than I expected. Binghe, you poor thing…!

I have to say I didn't enjoy the sex scenes that much but I don't think Shen Qingqiu did either. I feel a bit sorry for both of them… ahem. It's a good read, overall!
