Nice to meet you. My name is Winter. I'm a 20-something who doesn't leave their house as often as they should, and I've been an otaku for about 10 years (now it sounds like one of those Otaku no Video interviews...) If you want to talk about me in the third person for whatever reason, my pronouns are they/it.
English is my second language, and my first one is Portuguese. I've also been learning Japanese for a while, and right now I'm tentatively climbing up the N3 ladder.
I don't use social media (outside of reblogging anime characters on tumblr a few times a month) so I'm kind of out of touch with trends and so on. This, plus my tech-unsavviness and my love of vintage things (added to my nocturnal habits) means I often get called a vampire (though I regret to inform that I am a mere human from the 21st century).
I spend most of my waking hours in front of my busted laptop, watching anime and reading visual novels, or on my phone reading manga and books. Any device I use for more than five minutes ends up with at least 3 emulators with tons of half-finished games forgotten in their file directory. When I'm not in front of a screen, I like to journal, bake and sew.
My favorite thing in the world is Earl Grey tea with milk and sugar.
